Allison Foster
Hello, my name is Mrs. Foster. I graduated from UCSD in 2008 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. I earned my multiple subject teaching credential in 2011 from CSUSM. After graduating, I taught reading intervention for two years in Vista. In 2013, I got the job of my dreams at San Marcos Elementary! I taught Kindergarten for 6 years and 2nd grade for the past 4 years. This will be my 11th year at SME and 13th year teaching.
I live in Oceanside with my husband, who is a sportswriter and basketball coach, daughters, Charlie (5) and Elliot (almost 4), and adorable one-eyed dog, Rocky. I love reading, doing all kinds of puzzles, golfing, and eating my favorite foods.
I can’t wait to meet all my new students and families this year! Let the learning begin!
