Mrs. Shawndy Elam

I have lived in San Marcos for over 18 years, and have been a librarian for quite a lot of that. At home, there is a husband, 2 children, a cat and 2 dogs - we have a busy home! I also have a grown-up daughter who is off in the wilds of Florida doing the adult thing.

I love sharing books with children, and I'm very excited to be in my 9th year at San Marcos Elementary School!

My favorite book is Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett.
